1. Be over = Terminar una acción
2. Give up = Dejar de hacer algo   
3. Throw away = Tirar a la basura
4. Turn down = Bajar el volumen
5. Turn up = Subir el volumen
6. Look up = Buscar en una publicación
7. Fill in = Llenar o completar.
8. Find out = Averiguar.
9. Put on = Ponerse ropa.
10. Take off = Quitarse la ropa.
11. Look after = Cuidar a alguien.
12. Look forward to = Anticipar algo.
13. Get up = Levantarse en la mañana.
14. Come on = Venir.
15. Go away = Huir.
16. Go out = Salir.
17. Stand up = Ponerse de pie.
18. Sit down = Sentarse.
19. Turn on = Encender un aparato o las luces.
